Hala Win is an experimental web3 platform. These terms set the rules for access, restricted jurisdictions, wallet use, community conduct, and the limits of our responsibility.

• Effective Date: March 26, 2026.
• Restricted Jurisdictions: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and any other location where access or participation would be unlawful.
• Operator Status: Hala Win is presented as a web3 interface maintained by independent pseudonymous contributors, not as a disclosed company or licensed institution.
• Non-Gambling Model: Features operate on a No-Loss Prize-Linked Savings and Promotional Loyalty Rebate model. Holding tickets generates non-security rewards without capital destruction.

Acceptance and Scope

Hala Win is a web3 interface for decentralized prize pools, prize-linked savings, group pools, archives, referrals, profiles, and related features on Binance Smart Chain and connected infrastructure.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not access, connect a wallet to, or participate in any feature of the platform.

• These terms apply to visitors, connected wallet users, participants, creators, referrers, and anyone interacting with public or private group features.
• Your use of the platform is always subject to applicable law, wallet-provider rules, token-contract behavior, and blockchain network conditions.

Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

You may use the platform only if you have legal capacity to form a binding agreement and your access, wallet activity, and participation are lawful where you are located.

The platform is not offered to persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of persons in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada. We may expand or revise this list at any time without prior notice.

• You must not access or use the platform through VPNs, proxies, routing schemes, nominee arrangements, or other methods intended to evade geographic or legal restrictions.
• You are solely responsible for checking local laws related to prize-linked savings, promotional rewards, digital assets, sanctions, financial regulation, tax treatment, and online activity.
• We may deny, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe a jurisdictional restriction, sanctions issue, fraud risk, or compliance concern exists.

Wallets, Accounts, and Access

Access to core features may require a compatible self-custodial wallet, signatures, token balances, and blockchain transactions. You remain solely responsible for your wallet, devices, private keys, seed phrases, gas fees, and on-chain approvals.

We do not custody your digital assets, restore lost wallets, or reverse blockchain transactions. A signed message or submitted transaction may create permanent on-chain effects even if the interface later becomes unavailable.

• Do not share private keys, seed phrases, one-time codes, or wallet approvals with anyone.
• You are responsible for reviewing transaction prompts, token approvals, contract addresses, and network settings before confirming any action.
• Access to optional profile features does not create a traditional account relationship or a fiduciary duty.

Platform Rules

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, good-faith participation in its intended community and protocol features. You must not interfere with the service, abuse group functionality, or attempt to exploit technical weaknesses.

• No fraud, manipulation, wash activity, collusion, impersonation, or attempts to mislead other users.
• No scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service behavior, reverse engineering for exploitation, or circumvention of limits, security controls, or moderation measures.
• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content in usernames, posts, avatars, referral activity, or communications.
• Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, wallet secrets, or other highly sensitive credentials through the contact form or any support channel.
• No use of the platform as an escrow, custody, payments, or managed-investment service.

We may moderate content, hide profiles, disable referrals, remove posts, restrict wallets, or close access if platform integrity, safety, or compliance is at risk.

Prize Pools, Ticket Holding Loyalty Rewards, and Draw Risk

The platform operates transparent prize pools, savings groups, and a Ticket Holding Loyalty Rewards Program on Binance Smart Chain. All participation, ticket entries, pool contributions, draw mechanics, holding point calculations, and token redemptions are governed by smart-contract logic and published interface rules.

Ticket Holding Loyalty Points are non-security, off-chain promotional engagement points calculated from your ticket USD valuation at purchase time (V_USD), duration held (D in fractional days), and token multipliers. Accumulated points convert 1:1 into $HALA utility tokens on your dashboard.

• Competitive Draw Outcomes: Participation in public draws, private savings groups, or community pools is inherently competitive. Purchasing tickets or contributing to group pools does NOT guarantee winning the grand prize or jackpot payout.
• Loyalty Rebate Buffer: To cushion participation risk, ticket holding earns promotional loyalty points redeemable 1:1 for $HALA tokens, providing rebate value to participants even if they do not win the main jackpot.
• Non-Gambling / Prize-Linked Characterization: The platform operates under prize-linked promotional reward frameworks where draw seeds are verifiably calculated on-chain via BSC block data and keccak256 hash logic. Holding points are non-security promotional rebates, not bank deposits, interest-bearing accounts, or securities under EU MiCA, US SEC/CFTC, UK FCA, or equivalent financial regulatory frameworks.
• Market & Transaction Risk: Digital asset price fluctuations, gas fees, token liquidity, slippage, and smart-contract execution remain your sole responsibility.
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue prize pools, savings groups, point conversion rates, or interface features at any time.

Nature of the Platform and Operator Identity

Hala Win is presented as a project maintained by independent pseudonymous contributors. Unless expressly stated in a future written update, the platform is not holding itself out as a corporation, registered partnership, licensed financial institution, law firm, broker, trustee, or other disclosed legal entity.

No user should assume that public branding, interface design, token references, or community channels create a personal guarantee, director-level duty, agency relationship, or obligation to disclose the identities of contributors.

• Use of the platform is at your own initiative and risk.
• Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, advisory, employment, or agency relationship between you and the platform operators or contributors.

Third-Party Services and Open Infrastructure

The platform may depend on wallets, block explorers, RPC providers, hosting providers, email tools, analytics tools, or other third-party software and infrastructure. We do not control all of those systems and do not promise their accuracy, availability, or security.

• Third-party links or integrations are provided for convenience only.
• Separate terms and privacy policies may apply to wallets, social platforms, explorers, token contracts, or service providers you choose to use.
• A failure, exploit, insolvency event, censorship event, or policy change at a third party may affect your access or outcomes.

Disclaimers, Liability Limits, and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uptime, legality in your jurisdiction, profitability, or freedom from bugs or attacks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operators and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, tokens, data, reputation, access, or opportunity arising from or related to platform use.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform operators and contributors from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of law, your content, or your breach of these terms.
• Nothing on the platform waives any defense, limitation, or protection otherwise available to the platform operators or contributors.

Changes, Suspension, and Contact

We may change these terms, add rules, suspend features, or discontinue the platform at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different date is stated on the page.
